Video Premiere: Sunglow "Certify My Love" for Valentine's Day

The partnership, that thankfully, keeps giving is back! Sunglow and New Trash have teamed up yet again to make your Valentine’s Day 1 million times better by introducing you to Merv DiCola.

“Certify My Love” is the ripe red strawberry centrepiece in the edible arrangement that is Sunglow’s 'Hog Heaven.' My first real luv ballad divides the electrocuted collage of a mostly wordless album." - Daniel Brady Lynch, Sunglow.

Grab 'Hog Heaven' (and all 3 other albums) on Cassette Tape from the Furhoof Bandcamp.

Thanks to Midwest Action for an awesome article with quotes from Sunglow and New Trash about the video's making. Read the full article here.

Video Premiere: New Music Video from Sunglow Belongs "in the [Adult Swim] Archives."

In anticipation of new Sunglow music, we are so excited to share a brand new music video for "Dogs in Nylon" with you. The song is off Sunglow's 3rd full-length 'Great Time of Day' and the music video is a weird, bouncy... trip courtesy of New Trash

As Midwest Action suggests, "this video belongs, without a doubt, somewhere in the [Adult Swim] archives." We couldn't agree more.

Today is a fun day for us to share the news that Daniel B. Lynch (aka Sunglow, aka Dawn Lipschitz of The Lipschitz, and many other fantastic bands) is releasing his debut album as Bummerville with our dear dear friends GRAVEFACE RECORDS!

Do yourself a HUGE solid and listen to the first single (premiering at Glide Magazine) from the album 'Bottom Feeder' out later this month on limited edition vinyl, cassette, and download.

News: Sunglow 'Great Time of Day' Out 8/25

Great Time of Day, Sunglow’s 3rd full-length album and most recent release since 2014’s Nothing Doing, is out this Friday 8/25 on Furious Hooves.

After flooding the Savannah streets, parks, and bars with his easily danceable synth-leads & experimental electronics, Daniel B. Lynch relocated to Chicago, IL for the next level of weirdo-pop evolution. Great Time of Day is lyric-laden and gushing with heavy synth leads that beckon you to dance while still pulling at Lynch’s roots of experimental sounds. You may find a new definition for electronic soundscapes in this Great Time of Day.

News: Daniel B. Lynch, aka Sunglow, Is Having A Bum Week

Daniel B. Lynch was involved in a car accident when a car in a left turn lane suddenly jerked right and into his path. He's okay and the accident wasn't his fault, but his van that he uses for his gigs (for Sunglow, Crazy Bag Lady, The Lipschitz, and more) was totalled. A few days later, Daniel was playing a special event where someone tampered with his MPC (which Daniel uses to make all of his music) and completely fried it, rendering it useless.

We're asking you to help our friend. If you know Daniel, you know how kind, caring, and lovable he is... not to mention his killer De Niro impression.

Please consider donating to this GoFundMe or go to Sunglow's bandcamp page and buy a tape or two. We'll love you for it!

Read more about it in Do Savannah's article.
